Project Manager (CEQA/NEPA) - Carlsbad, CA

The project management responsibilities include designing, writing, and editing environmental reports and permit applications; research, data collection, and analysis; field surveys and reports; compliance management of construction projects; marketing and client development; and environmental training.

Position Requirements

* B.S. and/or M.S. degree in Environmental Studies, Biology, or related field

* Proven knowledge of U.S. environmental law and resource protection principles

* Minimum three years of proven project management experience in CEQA/NEPA projects, environmental permitting, and/or biological resource projects in California

* Knowledge and experience in ESA, CESA, and CWA

* Direct client management experience

* Experience working with regulatory agencies

* Outstanding writing, editing, and communications skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

* Excellent leadership and team-building skills
